Quite a shot. That looks like the result of cannon fire - or maybe it's cannon fodder.

Thanks for visiting my neck of the woods. Beautiful shot. Stones River National Cemetery is just 24 miles from my home. That Battle of Murfreesboro is kind of the forgotten Civil War Battle. A three day battle fought between Dec. 31st, 1862 and Jan. 2, 1863 inflicting casualties of over 24,000. I visit this cemetery and battlefield often. There are over 6,850 Union graves here and untold Confederate. The Confederates (probably double that of Union forces) were buried in mass graves nearby with no effort to identify the bodies. This place is a sight to see each Memorial Day, for every grave gets an American Flag placed at each tombstone. Thank again for visiting Tennessee. My prayer is that your all safe from the Storm...

Thanks to all for the kind comments, and thank you James56 for the added information! We came up your way to see our very first total eclipse, but we were pleasantly surprised to find so many beautiful places and truly hospitable people. I can't wait to get back up your way again.

And thanks for your prayers -- for a hurricane that brought so much destruction just two hours south of us, it brought little to NW San Antonio. To date, we have received less than 1" of rain, and winds that probably would not have disturbed all the backyard plants and furniture that we went to the trouble to move or secure. We continue to pray for all those between Corpus Christi and Houston that really need help and support now. It's a mess down that way...

A very nice shot.

Hope you and yours are doing okay and are not having too bad of a time with Harvey. I'm not quite sure how bad it is in your area.
