M Longwood Gardens trip . . . . . .

I made a trip up to Longwood Gardens and tried a new way of using a fine lens.
The lens is a Nikon 80-400mm zoom and I coupled it with a Kenko 12mm extension tube.
This made my zoom into a fine closeup lens capable of doing 1:1 images.
It gets interesting as you have to manipulate Both the zoom function and the focus function to cover the complete focusing range.
Lots of fun to play with and very good images considering that they were all taken via hand held.

I think you got the hang of it, judging from these shots. LG is a great place for pictures.
