I shot these a few weeks ago with my Soft Focus optic at Longwood Gardens, one of my favorite places to shoot. Some wide open and some not, just playing with the apertures.

Jane, these are heavenly!!!!! I love them all..... the perfect focus on the clematis center, dreaminess of #2 & 3 and #4 is my favorite with that perfect lighting.... seems to be glowing and you know I love the up close and personal of the last shot... did you use the screw on macro lens on that one?! I have a feeling you were channeling your inner Kathleen for this set!!!!
I'm sure your Soft Focus baby was thanking your for dusting it off and using it again!!!

...Jane, post in closeups so more can see how beautiful and delicate these are!!!

Thanks, Angela, for your wonderful comments! I just love shooting flowers, all of those lines and curves. I didn't have my macro on for these shots. Just got in the flower's face. I think I was channeling Georgia O'Keefe for that last shot...I don't know. My next lens to dust off is my Sweet 35. I'll be shooting with that when I'm at the shore. Of course I'll take all of my Babies.
I will be posting some of these in Close Ups. I hope you don't get sick of seeing them! Haha!

Thanks, Donna! I love shooting flowers and the effect I get using the Soft Focus optic. You never know what you get till you upload. That's half the fun of the Lensbabies!
