Not yet she isn't. But she read both signs, and very successfully engineered social contact with the healthiest male speciman on the whole stretch of beach! A lady with finess.

Actually, the dog had a good time ... saw them again later ... they never did go onto the actual beach but were allowed to roam the large area between the parking lot and the beach.

Ralph, this was taken at the Fort De Soto (Florida) Tri-Athelon ... he was a participant ... all the lifeguard were in Kayaks in the water by this time.
