This forehead/facial stabilizer mounts in the accessory/flash shoe of the camera and stabilizes hand holding as well as using with any type of support ( ie bodypod, monopod). It helps to keep your face off the back of the camera and sweat/oils from getting into the control wheels/buttons on the back of the camera. I recommend using it with an extended eyepiece - tho not necessary.

The downside is it occupies the flash shoe and may look a little strange for the fashionistas.

If you have a fixed LCD on your camera back you can also use a stabilizer on the bottom tripod socket which butts up against your chin - this is a little trickier tho as you need your tripod socket for other functions as well. Most Articulating LCD's present a physical interference for the chin stabilizer.

I have some of these made up for friends and thought I would make some available to UHHers. I have these on all my cameras and would not be without them !

$25 for the forehead version only for DSLR's only - shipped to lower 48 states US, PayPal preferred.
