Why won't this open in ON1 Raw?

If you're an ON1 Raw user, can you figure out why this picture won't open. I downloaded the latest update this morning.

What camera was used? Do you know that On1 supports that camera now? Having latest update of On1 doesn't mean it does. What computer operating system are you using? Is that the latest update of the operating system? If your answer to Questions #2 and #4 are Yes, then contact ON1 for assistance - their customer support is very good. /Ralph

Thanks. I was wondering if there was something wrong with the actual photograph - i.e. too big or saved in an unsupported version or something.

On1 does not support Grayscale images. I opened it in Photoshop CC, converted it to RGB, and made a copy for you.
