Cropping

When I was doing a lot of darkroom work, I would often move the easel around and see how many "pictures" I could get from one negative. Sometimes it amazed me that I could often get as many as five, merely by cropping the original image differently. Here is a series of three images, obviously from the same exposure.

Buck, nice shot!
I like the middle crop best but of course it make it NSFW. I would have gone a few inches lower to get more of that very nice highlight on her chest.
Needs a bit of light reflected back in for me, would add a bit of catch-light and liven it up a bit!!
Yes, crops are good. I always take a digital shot and click on 50% and I'm amazed at how good the crops look sometimes!!!
nice work.

Indeed, the crop tool is the one I would take to the "if marooned on a desert island." Your series is an excellent teaching example.

I had a friend that taught photo classes. He told me once that the greatest piece of advice he has ever given is that any photo can be improved by cropping. This was during the print only the whole frame days, and her was RIGHT.
