This little guy buried itself so quickly that I only managed to get a couple shots. I have some video footage, though, so be on the lookout for that (if I ever get a chance to edit).

These guys are among my favorites. Imagine a Sci-Fi movie with gigantic ant lion larvae on some distant planet waiting at the bottom of oversized sand pits for some stray astronaut to chance by...........
