Online Photo Printing question

I run a very small custom print business and for years I used a service that only charged me .03 per uploaded photo file. As of today, they tell me that package has hit end of life and they killed it. Thanks for the warning. They now offer a package that will cost $50 per month plus 5% per transaction. Again I say this is a very small business that can't afford that price.
Regardless, do any of you know of such a service that my customers can upload their files, choose size, substrate and other options and incorporate PayPal option for payment? While keeping the price under $20 per month?
NO I do not want to sell my own printed photos, I have web sites for that. I want to print my customers photos.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me like you are a "print broker.". I say that because you state that you print customer photos, but you upload to a printing service. Or, I may be missing something.
I recently purchased a dedicated photo printer to print out myself, simply because the quality of product from the service that I had been using had recently fallen below acceptable.

If you find out how to do this please share it with me or the rest of us. I just purchased a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 printer and would like to keep it busy since I know that for personal use I won't get my monies worth. I love this printer though. I would print really cheap. A 17x22 print costs about $5 for the ink and paper so if I could get $15/print that would be swell.
