Either way, it looks like the main subject of the photo is black and white to start with.

I prefer the color version. The B&W version just doesn't have as much punch.

It looks to me that the subject of the picture is B&W, so I usually would opt for the B&W, but the color version is the better image, so my choice is color!

I vote color. It has a certain punch or life that that is not in the B&W, like the difference in shade or hue between the disc and the building. It's there in color but gets washed out of the B&W.

I prefer the colour version but would crop out the road and part of the pavement/sidewalk. Also remove the overhead power cables.

The color version has more "pop" for me. I think the B&W version could be a better image with some more PP.

The touches of color in the first one seem to compliment the subject, in my opinion! Interesting shots, DLH13!
