Canon Pixma PRO-10

WOW! I just purchased a Canon Pixma PRO-10 printer at my local brick and mortar store. Believe it or not, they were running a special that only put it $20 more than the Pixma PRO-100. After I receive the rebate, it will have cost me $199.00 including a 50 sheet pack of Canon's 13x19 paper. Let the fun begin :).

It's good through the 30th at Norman Camera. You can order it from their website.

Their web site shows it being $499 after rebate. You got a heck of a deal.

For $399? I paid this for the pp10. While I like B&H a lot, theirs is priced at $699 in my shopping cart.

I finally had the opportunity to get the printer set up. The prints from this printer on quality photo paper rival those from the pro lab that I previously used. I am finally in total control from the release of the shutter to the framed print.

Hi, I just saw your post on the PP-10. What's been your longer term results, still very happy? Are you using only Canon Ink? Are you aware of Precisioncolors ink? What's your favorite paper? I have both the PP-100 & PP-10. The PP-10's been awaiting space. Sounds like I need to make the space for it. Thanks, Spiney-Dave

Yes, I am still extremely happy. I have not gone through the original ink set as of yet. Until the end of the warranty I will stay with Canon inks.
