MISS ME???? 103 degree weather,,,,hummm........here's what we did yesterday. (We have family in town, so it's been hard to keep up with the challenge.)
1 We got stuck in the snow for over an hour before we could dig ourselves out.....
2. Had a great snowball fight...
3. Did a little fishing!
Yep, we're stuck

I love going out for the challenge and finding "other" treasures. This challenge gives me a better awareness of my surroundings....I see pictures in everything now....thank you PG for that.

These photos have nothing to do with the challenge. After leaving downtown yesterday these are just some interesting things I found while driving around.

Welcome to Day 162 :). Today we are going to take a look at City(or Country) Streets. By this I don't mean necessarily to just go out and photograph the pavement LOL... more like show us what you see everyday. Here in Tucson the 2nd Saturday of every month there is a street festival downtown. I've been here 3 years and never gone.. but since this challenge was coming up ... I thought what a great reason to go. So I went out in the 103 degree weather .. and when I got there this is what I found. The streets where the festival is every year ... are under construction. The city is renovating the trolly system and putting in new tracks. They were saying on the radio that it wouldn't affect the festival .. but see for yourself. Kind of difficult to squeeze several thousand people in a location that looks like this. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.

I had better luck than you Photogrl, I went to Ogden Utah for an Art Festival, and had some fun. One of the artists is a friend of mine, and we are working togeather on a painting. I took a lot of photos of Salt Lake downtown, and he is using them to do his painting of the city after an Earthquake. I will post it after he finishes. It is 7ft by 7ft and he will be displaying my photos along with the paiinting when done.
I will try to do some of my city streets of Salt Lake later today, I have to go out and do some shopping anyway.
