No. EF-S lenses are made differently; you can attach them but the guts of the lens protrude into the mirror area of your camera and cause damage to the camera when you activate the shutter.
Why would you want to put this on a full frame camera???

Pappy... I have the 24-105 L series and am looking for a reasonable wider angle lens---14-18mm range.

If you have one L lens, you'd be REAL disappointed with that one.

That's a decent buy. I have one that I got with my XTi. If I ever sell my XTi (I use it as a secondary camera now rather than having to switch lenses all the time), I will need to buy a similar range lense.
It's not an L-series lens, but for that money, it's a great deal.

Unfortunately there is no short Canon lens that's really good but not expensive.
Here is (in my experience) the closest you'll come.
EF 24mm f/2.8
EF 28mm f/2.8
Both good lenses and both inexpensive.
HOWEVER....there IS a lens that's getting a LOT of good reviews. They are saying that it's AMAZING for the cost...
The Samyang (or bower, or Rokinon, or Vivitar) 14mm f/2.8
It's cheap and amazing...the quality of the images it can produce is stunning for the price.
In my opinion, that's it if you want to keep the cost down.

Because of health reasons I'm selling this lens cheap. Feel free to check out prices on this lens and you will see what I mean. I just bought the 50mm 1.8 and no longer need the 18-55. sale price is now $60.00.
