An adult and two juvenile black skimmers were operating in the marsh pond.
But who comes up with the fish?!?
Yes, it's the older and more experienced adult that gets a meal, while the youngsters have to be content to tag along.

I'm sure this is a learning experience for them as they are acquiring skills and knowledge to catch fish on their own.

Thanks! She is usually standing next to me often taking pics herself.
