I live here in Atlanta and am able to pick up and drop off at KEH....many transactions later I find that they are cordial, customer conscious, knowledgable, and technological. They are very easy to deal with. When I need an item Keh is always in the mix.

Same here. I live about 30 miles away and have been by their location several times ( the Symrna location, not the previous one). I have bought lots from them with few returns (2) . I just wish they had a storefront.

I used them a few time and the service was excellent , one return, who was replaced by a better one . Very happy with their business

I have used KEH, B&H, and Adorama. I have never had a bad experience. I most recently purchased a "used" pentax k10d from KEH only to find out that it was classified as used because it had been sitting in a ware house for some time and had never been used. Moral of the story. If it says like new or better, it is probably older but has not been used very much if at all.

All these accolades about KEH make me want to check them out because I'm interested in acquiring another lens or two as well as a camera body. Please tell me who these folks are and where they are located. I'd rather get that info from folks like you who are satisfied than to Google it.

I'm also very surprised, have bought many a dozen items (cameras, lenses, etc.) from them and they've never disappointed me. The other place that I shop is Robert's Cameras / UsedPhotoPro up in Indianapolis; never a problem there either.

That is been my experience also. My entire Nikon 1 system was bought from KEH. The body and all the lenses including a flash. I have both sold and bought from KEH and they are "Top Notch". You can't go wrong with KEH. I have had the same customer care from Amazon, B&H and Adorama. All top quality companies in my book. Good to hear they treated you this way.
