Thanks Erv, I am learning from some dvds I got from Karl Taylor, he says ALWAYS shoot in manual.

Tidy... another Taff.

Cymru Am Byth!

Welcome Taff, nothing wrong with the photos you posted, looks like you have exposure and focus down pat to me. Now let's see some more of home, I miss my homeland. How's the summer weather been over there. so far?

By the way, you don't always have to shoot in manual, I often use programme if all looks good to me, or Aperture priority. It is good to know manual settings through, so you know when to correct the camera settings, when the meter gets fooled by unusual lighting conditions.

Have fun and enjoy yourself shooting in many modes, not just manual, there's nothing wrong with that.

Hi Taff, from what I see, your work is real good. I love closeups, eventually I will be acquiring a longer lens to get the shots I want. Keep shooting.

Ohhh, I spent 2 summers working as a photographer in Tenby at Kiln Park Caravan site, if it's still there, many years ago. I used to drive over to Haverfordwest once a week for Karate Lessons, the instructor was Kevin, with a moustache though I can't remember his last name.

I'm from Crosskeys originally, then we moved down to Risca. Usually come home for a holiday once a year but missed it this year due to a baby on the way. Hope to be back next year though for 10 days. Looking forward to some nice photos from the area. Ta-ta.
