warmest september ever

Just saw a report that said that Sept. 2016 was the warmest sept. on record.. So I checked it out. Turns out to be true. Sounds like a an alarm about c*****e c****e. But when I examined the data, it was warmer by .01 degree C. So what? .01degree C is an ummeasurable number. It is within the margin of error of temperature measuring equipment, and as such it is a useless number.
