Overall, the pose & lighting are good, but the facial expression looks like she's in pain. When I zoom in, I see that she's watching to see if you're paying attention. The expression needs to be different. The cloth is being lightly held in her right hand, but the left is tied up. I would try one spiral wrap from wrist to hand on the left.

nice model and generally a nice shot, BUT, I personally think she's leaning just a little to far back, showing too much of her rib cage, too many lumps, sorry, other than that quite good

Doesn't look like she is in "pain" to me. We have different thoughts on how "pain" looks.

I her left leg was bent at the knee and her foot was resting on the bed you would have succeeded in making this look more unnatural than it is! Come on who ever thought this pose could work with a background that resemble a whorehouse bedroom.

A whorehouse bedroom?! I thought it looked more like a bedroom in a rustic cabin, like in Jackson Hole, WY.
