Some materials are naturally suited to B&W because their colors are often muted.
Both of these scenes are primarily B&W except for the dull red brick.
I used Delta 100 with a Rolleiflex 2.8F (80mm). The Rolleiflex is a great camera except that it has a bit of flare. I need to keep the sun behind me or to the side. And, of course, it has only one focal length.
Both images Sunday morning around 10 AM.
Ilford Delta 100 was my preferred emulsion when I was living in Tucson and shooting with a Contax G1 and a Contax/Zeiss 45mm lens. Great traditional architecture and street views (not to mention the occasional margarita).
Excellent textured photographs, Selmslie. Artistic vision. Great composition.

Thanks for your comments.
Delta 100 is actually not my favorite at the moment. This was my first roll after being driven indoors by the summer heat and other engagements. I was trying to use some up before getting back to my current favorites, Fuji Across and Ilford HP5+.

Thanks.
I have to confess that the first one was underexposed slightly because I forgot that I had a yellow filter over the lens. That's one of the hazards of using a TLR - you are not looking through the same lens as the camera.
These are beautiful shots!
