These are 3 shots of a Hawk that seems to have taken up residence at my home in Leesburg Florida. He uses my 2nd floor balcony which overlooks Lake Harris as a hunting perch.
Equipment used was a Panasonic FZ47. All shots were taken through a plate glass window.

Nice shots, these birds, hawks and eagles seem to be always frowning, to me. They have a don't mess with me look.

a hawk will make his home in one area and stay there. we have been in our home about 15 yrs and have had the same family the whole time. enjoy them. they will learn not to fear you if given the chance. they wont set on your shoulder, but will allow you closer.
