Hi,

How do I fix a photo when the subject's eyes are closed?

This requires a ton of know how and Adobe photoshop CS5. You can go to www.youtube.com and watch videos on how it's done but if you have never done it. You could be talking about a few hours of practicing.

If you don't have another photo of the same person to "clone" the eyes from...then you could use another pair of eyes from a stock photo, and try to blend them in. Sometimes it looks a bit fake, but depending on the original, it CAN come out OK.

If there are other pictures of the person in about the same pose, it is an easy matter to copy the eyes from one photo and place them onto the one with the closed eyes. Make sure that you adjust for size and color. Sizing is easy. Color match is more complicated. You can do it on Photoshop with "match color." Not as good, but easier is to use the "hue/saturation" menu to adjust hue, saturation, and lightness. The results are quite credible, especially if the closed eyes are on a group photo.
