You have a way with Peacocks. This one modeled for you like a paid pro. Great job. Thanks for letting me view these.

I totally agree! The first photo really shows them "in the wild" like most people don't get to see them. These are all extraordinary.

Thank you for looking. All were shot in the wild, the last few at a farm edging the forest, but the first does lend itself to "wild", I agree!!

IndrajeetSingh, Beautiful shots! We have peacocks in Michigan, where I'm from, but I have never seen a"fan" as large and beautiful as those. Well done. Dave

Pleased that you liked them Dave, thank you for your response.

Happy you enjoyed them. I was fortunate that I was at the right place when it happened.

I love these birds and enjoyed seeing your shots. What still shots don't show is the movement or shaking of that tail when it's fanned out. We had one that used to visit and do his courtship dance to the bird reflection on the side of the car.

Great set Indrajeet - peacocks are such ood subjects especially when their feathers are fully extended.

You are so right, gorgeous in every setting, every pose, every light! I think what I find so spectacular about #1 is that it looks like a painting. It also has a moody feeling like you are looking in on something very valuable and rare. Outstanding, every one, Micki.

Can't think of any other animal as "showy" as the peacock. Great photos.

So true Vicky, the swaying of the feathers, which makes the light shimmer off of them, is missed here. Thank you for looking and commenting.
