From my trip: Part1 - Lions

A two weeks vacation has ended and here are some of my favorites along this trip.
I will split the series into several threads so it wont make a huge post.
So I am starting with some lions.
These were taken in Denmark at Give Zoo park. Here they have an enclosure where you can drive the car and watch the lions. we had to take two trips since the first one was amputated by the heavy rain and the lions were lazy and in hiding.

Taken from the car, through the car window. I was not allowed to lower the window. At the same time it was cloudy a little so light was not grate. This was an opportunity to push my new Nikon D750 with my Sigma 150-400mm. I wanted sharp and crisp images, so I boosted my settings to an aperture of F14 and ISO 3200. Looking back at some other pictures I think I could have gotten away with an aperture og 7.1-9 and lowered my ISO.
But hey, I need to learn the ability of my new camera, and I am pleased with the results. As always, RAW files post-processed in LR with the basic scheme : Exposure, Highlights, Shadows, W&B level, sharpening with masking.
