Started in North Carolina then moved on to the Mother of Falls
Mingo Falls near Cherokee. We had to climb 160 large steps cut into the rock to get to this one.
Soco Falls near Maggie Valley, N.C. we climbed way down to get to this one. Getting back up with my gear was the hard part! I was glad someone had tied ropes to use to pull ourselves back up.
1 second exposure of Soco Falls
Soco Falls side flow
Niagara Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Canada. With the "Maid of the Mist".
American Falls from Canada with the "Hornblower" in background
Long exposure, 4 seconds
I got up early and hiked down to the falls at sunrise. It was by far my favorite time there! No crowds, no haze just mist, and beauty.
All nice shots, but like #3 & #4 the best.

Thank for looking and commenting!
In the 2nd picture, I notice that the water flow on the left side near the bottom has a figure that looks like a man.
Nice sets Roxie.

Thanks. The whole man or just his head?
Waterfalls are so wonderful. #2 does it for me. That's a great image!
Or is it just my illusion....

That is what I thought you might be seeing. I see a face and torso, arms, lower extremitys, not so much! Ghost of Soco Falls?
Very appealing series! Love the dappled light and shadows of #2. The night shots are very eye catching.
Very good, beautiful shots, roxiemarty!
