I took a lot of pics of these birds. Two of them came out blue. The pics 2 before and 2 after were ok no settings had been changed.
The rest of the day everything was ok, just two like this one.
I made no changes, I stayed in the same spot, didnt move. It was cloudy all day so it wasn't the sun going in or out.
The RAW file is actually darker blue. any ideas why its blue. White balance wasn't changed....

ISO 64 , F7.1, 1/200 sec.

bd., no settings were changed of which you were aware. Obviously, sometime changed. My guess would be the white balance setting. Check your exif data for the photos taken before and after, see what changed within the data there. It looks like your color temperature was set to 3000K. Daylight is usually around 5000K.

Tungsten white balance.

You might have inadvertently set white balance bracketing.

Your RAW image should be fine. You see a jpeg on the camera's LCD. It incorporates white balance.

Looks like it was shot in the fluorescent light mode, were you shooting auto light settings if so it may have somehow set it on different settings, it is an interesting shot though sets a cool or cold mood

According to EXIF data the white balance was 3000. Isn't that warmer rather than cooler???

these shots were taken in succession so no time to change white balance, which is what I thought the problem was.
the next shots were ok, maybe the white balance was on auto and something changed in my environment. I m sure I had the white balance set for a cloudy day.....

Again, you may have hit the button to set bracketing and it may have been set to bracket on white balance. It would then do it by itself and, depending on camera, then shut off. Check your manual on bracketing.
