Thank you very much, Richard! My VW wouldn't start that day because the battery was frozen. I dug the car out of the drifted parking space, took the battery out and put it on a sled, then pulled it down to a garage in the village so it could be thawed out and recharged. Then I brought it back up and kept it in the house until we were ready to leave a few days later. Talk about COLD!
