what is the best ring light to use on a nikon d750 and d7200 with a nikon 105 micro lens? i am new at this, so please be kind

Several UHH macro-photographers started with flash-rings, but nearly all of us have progressed to using a standard speedlight with a 6x8-inch softbox diffuser.
