Two beautiful shots, as they include foreground interest as well as great color. Plus they include my favorite subjects ... birds.
On the second one, you might consider a second version with much of the blue sky cropped off the top.

I like them both. Beautiful color, and uncluttered skyline, with some interesting silhouettes.
I would also be interested in a version of #2 that's more panorama (crop much of sky) :)
