Remove the text and I think you might have a masterpiece here Jim! That spooky image in the mirror is superb as is the processing and composition - love it!

Good point. The text isn't mine but is found a the bottom of all those wide angled passenger side mirrors. The original mirror was so dark that it was not visible. So thought I'd provide it word for word in the lower right corner. Such things may not be required in the UK but it's a requirement in most states in our fair union - unless I'm in error.
