hi...just a quick hello to members to announce my joining.ive just purchased a sony dslr a100 and im just getting back into photography.ive managed to forget everything about dslrs so you may find me asking daft questions so please bear with me.im lucky enough to live in the countryside so ive got plenty of chances to get some nice pics uploaded.i live near an old roman fort so you may see that appear occasionally as i get used to using my new camera.

Sony 100 is a sturdy camera. Don't be in a rush to upgrade. This was built to use the older and now cheaper Minolta lenses as well as the modern Sony ones. Enjoy relearning all your old skills.
