Researching turned up these comments on Photography Everything..This vintage camera was suggested as a cheap alternative for lomograph photography use.

"This little gem is a 35mm point and shoot film camera produced in the early 1980′s by the Bell&Howell company.
It was a low-budget, simple family camera for those who didn’t have much interest in photography but still needed
to take photos. And by simple we mean very very simple, this camera only has one control knob, no switches, and a viewfinder that’s totally off frame. "Once we dug deeper in the specs of this camera, we found it was equipped with a fixed 45mm plastic lens, fixed shutter speed at 1/60th, and fixed focus (you heard right, no focusing whatsoever). Couldn’t be any easier to operate, especially if you are new to film photography. The only control you have on this camera are the three area scene settings sunny, cloudy,
and night flash mode. Which change the aperture from about f/3 to f/8 leaving you with little room for different composure and exposure styles like the modern digital cameras today. The lomographs this camera produced are very interesting to say the least. Some photos came out really nice, with good contrast, bright colors and great sharpness especially for how old this film camera is. Some of the photos had red light leaks but actually turned out pretty neat, adding some emphasis to the lomo photos."
