A couple expressed interest or a preference to see a colour version of this so I am happy to oblige. Any thoughts?

I didn't see the B&W version but I really like this - lovely colours and composition.

Very nice Peter! Wonderful work!! Now I have to go find the first one.:)
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. Personally I prefer the B&W. And looking at this one I just noticed that I posted the wrong version. If you look closely at the tree in the background you will see some red and green fringing which shouldn't be there. There is also some green fringing at the very back of the trailer. So I have posted the version where that is all cleaned up. I know some will argue that its nit picky but I reckon that if it is fixable you should fix it. Anyway thanks again for the feedback I am glad you liked the pic/s.

Thanks for reworking it in color. I love it. The B&W was nice but the color version is even better. It's amazing how HDR can turn an otherwise mundane subject into a work of art. Your version of HDR really brought out the details that were not visible without enhancement.
The color rendition is more to my liking. It shows off the dirt, the grime, and the rust. Separation of the elements of the photo is more apparent in MO.
On my screen, it looks as though it could use a slight increase in contrast.
Thanks taking the time to process and post the color version.

I downloaded both versions to view side by side, then added contrast to the color version to bring it up to the contrast of the b&w. Now I like either one of the versions, but color to me has the edge.

Yeah you are right about the contrast. I have boosted it a little but I also still prefer the B&W, it seems to have more impact.
My thanks for your feedback.

I hope everyone takes a good look at this image. This is an excellent example of doing HDR the right way. It looks very natural and without the screaming, surreal look that we often see.
I really like this one and the prevoius B&W version.
