i think my focus is off a little or maybe because i shot at f16 instead of f22 accidently.but enlargement are blury.tom
It's a freaking spider. I don't like spiders.
Nice photo but I ain't staying around.

Focus should be a bit sharper at f/16 than f/22, and DOF is a bit wider at f/22 than f/16. Your photos look fore-focused to spider's eyes.

Better for what?
The chart below shows sharpness for
my Nikkor 105G lens, as related to aperture. Every lens has such a chart, Highest resolution is usually about mid-range. From that setting, as the aperture gets smaller, resolution decreases.
On the other hand, DOF increases as the aperture gets smaller.
YOU have to decide where you want to compromise.

You're supposed to be nice and put the word spider in the ones where you show us the creepy crawlies. That way we don't wind up with our heads through the ceiling when we jump out of our chairs. You'll turn us all into jumpers with shots as good as this one, focused well or not!!!
I was expecting a frog!!!

In a macro forum, "Jumper" can only mean a spider.

Sarge, it's a tiny spider, not a scorpion in your boot.
