Here is an assortment of my Dapper Day photos. I love the creativity and style of the people. This is my 4th Dapper Day, and I'm sure it will not be my last!
Fun photos. Where is this exactly, Orlando? Do you bring your own clothes or do they provide costumes? We may have just found the perfect outlet for my wifes sometimes loud, bright, wild and creative fashion statements. They're not going over to well at church.
Oh no, you are on your own for your dapperness. It is not a Disney sponsored event, but they do not discourage it. It started in California's Disneyland, but is also in Florida 2 times a year. You can find out more online at Dapperday. The next one will be at Magic Kingdom in April.
Ha! Excellent roxiemarty. Thanks for the info.
So I was there Friday through Monday. I took a few. In fact I gave them my card and delivered the pictures to them. That was the first I heard of it. But we took our friend out for dinner as she helped set up the trip and works there. She told us about it. Her son also works Disney and he met us in the restaurant after his shift changed into his Dapper outfit. It def was an added attraction to see people dress in the period cloths. Going to try to go back next year and shoot the guests. Nice pics you have. Was looking to see if you got any of my subjects.

I would have to see him or her, as I have too many to post here. Next one is April 16th. Thanks for looking.

What a great way to spend a day. You sure did photograph the costumes very nicely. Were you in costume also?

I'm pretty sure this is them. Their photo turned out good. I take photos of lots of strangers every time, so I have all kind of people.
Is this them?
I did not find any of the other two girls. I wonder if anyone got any of me? Well, you never know....

Well, you got two of them. There were a lot of them. I was very surprised at how many. There was an attraction over near Frozen were they were collecting if I remember correctly. the weekend is a blurrrrr. the foods festival was good. Canada had this hunk of braised beef that was incredible. I hit the German one for my typical hotdog.
Love the Food And Wine fest. The food at the Chew was amazing, tried some of the others, a couple of drinks here and there. Easy to become blurry there. Love the Canadian beer cheese soup.

We went to Raglan Road for dinner on Friday. We waited 2 hours. Our fault, should have put up a reservations. But being in an Irish Pub I ordered my typical, Shepard's Pie. I remember the item saying 'our own twist'. Have you ever took a tee shirt out of a washing machine and twisted it to get all the water out of it. That is shy of the twist they did. It really looked like an Egg McMuffin when delivered. I usually don't care and eat everything. I ate it but I do like my Shepard's Pie CLASSIC. Don't mess with my Irish Food!!! the festival food was good.
