Is there any way to enhance this very crappy, low res photo? My PP skills are very limited. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks, Allen

A little better
Lightroom, Dehaze, overall clarity, little contrast, local sharpening and clarity on the fox

Not to put Searcher down but just trying to stand beside him. And after seeing it up, I've gotta go a few more steps to catch up.

I thought I'd throw in a little subliminal split toning.

Added a touch of Silver Efex and blending in CS6. Tried to tone the blown out eyes but...

Many thanks to Searcher, Bill Houghton, R.G. & Picdude for taking the time to work on this. All versions were much better than what I came up with.

Here is another shot at this photo - Using LR adjusted highlights all the way down shadows -36 whites +14 black -31 clarity to +55 saturation +29, sharpened 70 mask 92 then used adj brush with wb toward yellow to bring out the cat and radial filters one for the cat to add clarity and one for the external surroundings with -9 on color temp for the forest with added clarity and contrast. Finally painted some exposure light on some of the trees and ground to add depth

'Naturepics43' I see your date of submission was in 2015. If that is true I need to say there are many improvements in Trail Cameras since then. The most important one that I've learned is not putting my attention on Megapixels AT ALL. I learned this from <trailcampro.com> who say that nearly all trail cams are 'interpolated'. I can't give a tech answer for what 'interpolated' means, however manufacturing companies 'interpolate' their cameras because it helps make their company seem to have a better camera! Trailcampro has all cameras they sell mounted outside taking pictures so you can SEE what the results are. I say this because I knew NOTHING about trail cameras when I bought my first one around 2015 from Bass Pro Shops. The sales person showed my what he called their best one, saying it was the best because it had 20MP's. This is the worst one I have.

Now I always go to <trailcampro.com> to buy my trail cameras. Currently, they have a Browning camera with HP4. Can't remember the model because it's in the hills now getting pictures of coyotes, quail, etc, for me. I have purchased 2 and are going to purchase to more. They also are very easy to work with as they will guarantee for 2 years and make returning cameras very easily. Their features are good, made in Thailand (not China), and have produces photos far better than any other cameras I've owned. I've had Stealth cameras and Moultrie cameras. Moultrie is my worst one, Stealth are not that good, but Brownings have given me compliments on color, definition, and lighting.

I do hope this can help you with your Trail Camera experiences! I would like to see your results!

I just bought 2 - 2022 Browning Spec Ops Elite HP5 cameras and they are such an improvement on all cameras. Earlier I returned 2 of them and almost didn't get these, but these are real good trail cams. Real sharp. Better color.

Just downloaded 5 microchips.

One thing I learned was to put sweet cookies/cakes in the woods because bears love sweet things. When I set my cameras out I also laid 'sweet things' around the place and when I went back today I saw the 'sweets' were untouched so I knew there were no bears this time. I was hoping to get black bear and got 6 frames of a bobcat which made me feel read good because some frames showed it moving around the frame. I've found so often animals will move out of range or be right on the edge for the whole time. I get deer so often it was a treat to get this one and I'm still waiting for the bear!
