Personal opinion:
The third one is far more interesting that the other two.
The first one is square, with the flower dead center. No drama at all.
Number two is much better, and you seem to grasp that an odd number of flowers is better visually than an even number.
Number three has much more going for it. The stem of flowers enters from near a corner, and carries on into the opposite corner, with the majority of flowers at a 'thirds' intersection. Lots of drama there. The eye is drawn instead of forced.
Again, personal opinion.
