Isn't it adorable? Of course I am sucker for horse/kid videos. Seems like children who are raised with animals as a priority just rarely get in trouble.

Isn't it adorable? Of course I am sucker for horse/kid videos. Seems like children who are raised with animals as a priority just rarely get in trouble.

They learn at an early age that sometimes you just have to accept things for what they are and that in itself developes ones level of patience and understanding. I know from personal experience that if you have the patience to train a horse you have the patience to deal with most people LOL

I have to agree. This reminds me of my daughter when she was the same age. She had an old ewe that she used to ride. That ewe would walk real slow so she wouldn't fall off. She would also walk over to the fence so she could get on. Because of her age and mastitis I had her on the cull list. When we were loading the truck my husband said, any ewe with that patience had to stay. She lived out her life on our farm.

Good for your hubby. There are animals and there are SPECIAL anmials. Glad she didn't wind up in Ewe stew. I think this pony is that special too.

Yes we have had a few of the special ones over the years, and for some reason they all belong to this daughter. Thank goodness she has her own farm now.
