I was there late in the day. Probably around 6:00. As you can see the sun was behinds clouds.
I'm SO jealous of where you live. For me to go back out and hunt those birds I'm driving and hour and 20. :(

Thanks for the info on the time, Paul. I was there early afternoon on 6/19 and mid afternoon yesterday. That could explain it. It also has to do with the tides, I'm told.
I'll keep you posted on my hunt - literally.
