These tiny spiders began building this thing about 3 days ago and have increased it each day. The spiders are about 3/16" from end to end and the whole thing could easily be covered by a nickle. I assume it is an egg storage unit, but maybe food?? I am in SE Georgia (Brunswick, SSI, Jeckyll area). I come from East Tennessee and have just never seen anything like these little guys.
I welcome any and all information
How about you, Nikonian - any thoughts??
Thanks, all.
Tiny Spiders
Not spiders, only 6 legs. But I do not know what they are unless they are a variety of Chigger.
they are baby assassin bugs, benificial
This is the eggs mass which the hatch from.
Right you are on the legs - saw that myself but still wasn't sure

Baby Assasin Bugs, eh? - Thanks
Are they regional to any particular area?
No, they are wide spread , I have as well as others have posted photo of mature ones here on UHH. You can do a search
How big do the mature ones get?
Just jumping in now...I've NEVER seen a bug like that and I'm into the small little critters out there. Neat, and weird at the same time.
