In October I started working at Shiloh Museum of Ozark History. I am the museum's photographer/ darkroom technician. Yes this job still exists in 2014.

For the last two months I have been making and printing copy negatives from prints. I also have been making contact prints and direct enlargements form glass negatives from the early 1900s.

Here is my workspace

Outstanding! What a thrill it must be. I loved my darkroom and all it could do until I had to sell the house it was in.

Cool to be the last of a dying breed. That's a really neat gig. Used to work at a print shop and did a lot of time in the darkroom. I miss the hands on experience.
