All very nice but I like the first one best. I can imagine myself stumbling around in the setting looking for the best angle and light.

Hi Bob....I've been following your Sketch Series, and love them all. Interesting choices of subjects, well composed and creative technique. Keep them coming.

I like them! The tractor doesn't show up much on my monitor. But it may be the monitor.

Thanks amy. Not to worry ..... your monitor is doing just fine. The tractor was not all that clear to begin with ..... I was more interested in how the trees and the wild grasses showed up against the skyline.

Thanks Yooper. You make a good point ..... I changed position at least 4 times before I found a composition that worked well on photo 1.

I like the texture abounding in them.

Thanks Jim. I've now done this for so long I have to make a conscious effort to imagine compositions in color or full b&w. I don't want to get shoe-horned into a single style.

Thank you Susan, although I have no idea why you should be envious.

I'm envious because I can't draw but I enjoy painting 😞
