As to technique, and taking into considreation the lighting restraints you very likely had in 1 and 2 as to color of lights and low level I would say you did very well. As to what I might like in regard to tweaking -#1, clone out the little bit of blue in the upper right corner; might as well make the entire background black. Number 2 - my personal slant is to get rid of the slant. I understand some like it - to me it is little more then a fad that shows up every few years. #3 - lose or at least fade the white circle {lignt} by the subjects jaw.
