Tamron lens

Looking for a Tamron SP AF 24-135mm f/3.5-5.6 - 22 for a Canon 450D ... but I prefer an EF mount instead of an EF-S. I tried looking on B&H and Adorama, but I couldn't seem to locate one. I'm assuming that it is unlikely that anyone is going to happen to have this as it is pretty specific, but if anyone can point me in the right direction to places I'd appreciate it. The local Shutterbug store has one for $440 so I'm looking to compare prices. Thanks in advance.

I have a Tamron 28-200, 3.8-5.6 with front and back caps and sun hood. Used about 5 times. I'll be happy to sell it to you for $400 (I think that's about what I paid).

Thought I should post an update ... the one I bought on Amazon from a 3rd party arrived and although the ad in Amazon clearly said "... for Canon SLR ...", it wouldn't fit. The box it came in was a Tamron box and it looked great, except ... the box said "...for Nikon ..." Aaaauuuuuugggggghhhhhhh! Also, the filter set displayed with the lens on Amazon were 67mm filters, and wouldn't you know it, the Tamron 24-135mm lens needs a 72mm filter. So I returned the stuff and decided that is why it's worthwhile paying a little more and dealing with a local dealer, so I went to Shutterbug (except the filters ... those I still ordered from Amazon (new) at less than half price!!!

I am sorry you had a problem. I have had some problems but they were because i ordered the wrong thing. i always returned and bought something else and with no problems. i live in a small town and there is no camera stores, i guess about 69 miles to the closest one. and being disabled i have to rely on online purchase a lot. I hope your return was smooth.
