I have tried and cant seem to get a positive I.D. on these. Thank you for any help. These are located in central Indiana at a nature park.

Could be an Eastern Kingbird

Is it captive?

It looks like a flycatcher but is the wrong color (too dark) unless you overprocessed it a bit. The color and the white tips on the tail have me puzzled.

Eastern Kingbird is a good guess too. The ones I see around my location seem to have a rounder head.

I look forward to the right answer. It looks like to me like some type of warbler. Nice picture though.

It's a flycatcher for sure - looks like an eastern Kingbird.

Looks like an Eastern Kingbird but I am not 100% certain. A clearer head shot would have helped. :(

Definitely Eastern Kingbird. White tip on tail is good field mark. Was that taken at Eagle Creek Park? Eastern Kingbird frequently seen near water.

It was taken at Mc Cloud Nature park in hendricks county. Eaglcreek is a great park, but this one is free and closer and alot less traffic. Not as large but ive seen lots of birds new to me.

That is definitely an Eastern Kingbird. The clincher is the white on the end of the tail feathers. It also has a red crown mark but that is rarely seen.
