Another photograph that just sucks you in.
The Great Architect of the Universe(GAOTU) gets most of the credit on this one and for getting you outta bed.
This photograph puts my mind at ease. Brings me to a different place.

That is a great picture. I really, really like it. But isn't the water kind of cold that far north? I've never been to Maine so I would not know.

I didn't go in the water. I lived by the Mediterranean sea for 10 years. It ruined me for cold water. Love being near the ocean, but no way this old bag of bones is going IN the north Atlantic!

Very "Zen"... peaceful... and worth everything it took to get up at 4 a.m. to experience, I'm sure :)

A very Zen morning. That was one time I wished I had a better camera with me. But I had what I had and shot with it and I am very glad I did. I took about 30 pictures that morning, from just before sunrise until the sun was relatively high in the sky and it was glorious throughout. That was a sunrise to remember for a lifetime.
