I found this green Lynx spider lurking about on a White Althea Flower in my yard...He seemed a willing subject for a while but the flash seemed also to agitate him...not knowing their behavior I left him alone...He was nice enough to give me this one good shot...( Sony Cyber Shot DSC-H2 on Auto focus...)

This little feller was just sitting upside down on the porch ceiling rafter...He is a pretty color I think...Just not the best composition in the world, being on a 2x4 does after all have its limitations...!

I'm not sure that is the same spider that is in my picture. He looks to slender, but it is still a very nice o shot :). I likes all of the pictures, I just wish that the grasshopper was a little more centered (head wise)

Yeah....He is a pretty one....and tho he is on a ceiling rafter, his colors stand out against the white of the ceiling tin...! The only editing I did on him was to zoom, crop, and clean up the spidy webs and dauber houses...What you see is what My camera captured...!

I will take that as a compliment...Thanks...and about your son...that is funny...My grand-dtr is now 12, but she has been my "critter girl" since she was able to get around on her own...the other lil girls would be all up into the dolls and Lisha would be outside looking for bugs, lizards, and the like...! still does...!
