I had a polarizer on but no star or cross screen filter. Closed down to max aperture, around f16 or above, you will usually get that effect naturally from the shutter leafs.

Very nice, especially with the backlighting! These fields must be being grown for the seeds....one of my eating habits. Since you invited, here's a couple of mine (the 2nd photo may have been posted some time ago on another thread):

Cool shot. You're smarter than me. You had good sense to go around behind so the sun didn't mess you up. I'll try that next time. Thanks for sharing that.

You said whatever we have.....I love sunflowers, but haven't grown any, so I painted some. Sorry, a different variety than we see around here though. I forgot what these are called, a funny Spanish name.
