How do I "paste" a photo I've copied from my iPad/iPhone Saved Photos area to post on UHH?

I don't think there is a way to paste. Apparently the browser apple uses doesn't support the same type as this site does for posting photos. (Or something like that. That is kind of how Admin explained it to us.) As far as anyone knows right now there is no way to post photos from an iPad or iPhone.

Two words: Apple Sandbox.

iOS isolates one part of iOS from other parts. This is why there is no native support for direct uploads from Safari. IT is also why viruses and malware do not present a problem for iDevice users. The solution is Jailbreaking. And lets not hear about how JB is illegal or dangerous.

I do wish Apple would make allowances for uploading files directly from iDevices.

This is not because of Apple as I am able to upload photos from my iDevices to many other websites/applications without any problem at all, it has to be due to UHH compatibility issues with Apple products.

Apple products are not Adobe Flash compatible. Many websites, including UHH require Adobe Flash. I have an IPad2 that I love, and the flash thing is a nuisance. I love to do quick editing on the IPad, but I have to upload the photos to my laptop. You may already know this, but there is an amazing free app called 'Dropbox' that you can install on your IPad and Desktop/Laptop. You can upload your photos from the IPad to the Dropbox and pick them up in the Dropbox app on your other computer. The good news is that due to the popularity of the IPad/IPhone, many websites are making an effort to become compatible. Maybe UHH will as well!
