Hi, I'm looking for someone to do some creative photo editing for me, mostly for wedding images. There is not a steady flow of work, as it just depends on the time of year for me. If interested, please message me and include your level of experience as well as what you charge. Thank you.

i would be interested in helping out in this area. I am fairly new to this, I am currently a student studying for my B.s. in photograhpy at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I am using Lightroom 3 and photoshop CS5 for my photo development. As far as pay i would leave that up to you i am looking to get more experience than i am the money right now. But any money is good.

I am definitely interested in working with you. I know you said you're new to it, but can you send me a couple of pics of what you can do. To give you an idea of some of the things I may be looking for...b/w with some color, vinyettes of all sorts, sepia with some coloring, merged images, and of course some basics such as removing eye glass glare, color change of objects, touch up stray hair, etc. However, I am always open to your creativity. The way I work things is I typically give brides/grooms a # of images to choose that they want enhanced. That's where you come in. I would send the images to you and pretty much leave it up to you. I may ask that while you're editing you also touch up under eyes, hair, etc. since these are wedding images and I want them to look as nice as possible. If this is still something you are interested in, please go ahead and send me a couple of samples if possible then we can discuss payment and of course sending you the images. I do currently have 2 weddings in need of editing. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back so soon the above link will show you some of my work. Some of the things you mentioned i have really not tackled as of yet such as hair touch up, removing glare from glasses.

I have done some changing of colors in photo's as far as colorizing a few black and whites but not very extensive. take a look at what i have on facebook. If you are still interested then let me know.

thanks
Norman

Norman is a student at the art institute. That means he has all the instructors (anxious to display their skills) who will do anything he can't.

Hi.
I would also like to bee considered for your retouching/editing purposes. I have a degree in art education (though I did not teach very long). I worked for 8+ years as a graphic designer (before the use of computers). I am currently working towards a degree in graphic art.
Below are samples of some of the things you asked to see.

I'm interested as well. I'm a technology teacher by profession and a photographer when not in the classroom. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by creative retouching. In my experience wedding retouching doesn't usually involve creative retouch like compositing and altering reality I usually see it as beauty retouching. I can accomplish the task you describe. I think the best test would be an image or two from you and I'll retouch because it's easy for me to take images that require simple retouches that make a big differece.

Hi Norman,
I've taken a look at your site and thank you for the samples you've posted. I definitely think you can handle the jobs that I would have. Please take a look at the following website and take a look at the wedding images. These are some examples of what my previous graphic artist did. They range from b/w with color, to blurred vinyettes, to changing leaves to fall colors, etc. You can take a look at some of the other images as well to see some of his other work, but basically these would be the types of things I would be looking for. Again, I don't want to always tell you what to do to the image, I'm looking for you to look at the image and allow your creativity to decide what the enhancement should be. There are times that a bride will specifically indicate what she wants, but most of the time, I want to leave it up to you. Again, still interested in working with you. Let me know what you think once you look at the website (which isn't mine by the way). Thank you

Norman,
I am a nature/landscape person.. I just finished a trip to Az.. and have over a thousand shots of the Grand Canyon and the Slot Canyons.. I love to shoot but just hate time in front of the computer. I have Lightroom beta 4... use WHCC for my printer..I am looking for a editor that can give me Peter Lik quality. Would you be interested? I have no idea what the cost of these projects would be..

I can be reached JWhittlephotography@hotmail.com

Sorry to be eavesdropping, but I was hoping to get a copy of that portfolio so I e-mailed you at the above address. The mail didn't go through. So I am asking publicly, can you send me the URL?

Well, I charge $300.00 for basic airbrushing, $129.95 for liver spot removal, and this week, I am offering three wrinkles removed for the price of two. I do breast enlargements and reductions for $49.95 per cup size either way. Please supply glossy prints no smaller than 8 x 10.
