Will be visiting the Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA first of June. Any info on restrictions on back packs, tripod or monopods. Is flash allowed?

According to their website's visitor information page http://airandspace.si.edu/visit/udvar-hazy-center/visiting-tips/index.cfm , tripods and monopods are not allowed without prior permission.
